Our magnificent Grade I listed clubhouse provides a distinguished setting for private and corporate events in South East London.

Located just nine miles from Central London and within easy reach of Canary Wharf and the City, Eltham Lodge combines the tranquillity of a secluded parkland setting with excellent transport connections - an increasingly rare combination within the capital.

Available for exclusive hire or individual room bookings, the house is ideally suited to wedding receptions, celebrations of life, christenings, private dining, business meetings, corporate entertaining, photographic shoots and filming.

Combining architectural grandeur with professional hospitality, Eltham Lodge offers a suite of elegant rooms that may be hired independently or combined to create a seamless flow for larger occasions.

Principal Dining & Entertaining Rooms

The Eagleton Gray Dining Room

Located on the first floor and overlooking the 18th green, the Eagleton Gray Dining Room enjoys sweeping views across the course and provides an elegant setting for formal lunches, dinners and special occasions. As the principal entertaining space within the house, it combines period character with generous proportions and can accommodate up to 90 guests for a seated event.

The George Glennie Dining Room

Situated on the first floor opposite the Eagleton Gray Dining Room, the George Glennie Dining Room offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere with views across the putting green. Seating up to 70 guests, it is ideally suited to private dining, celebratory gatherings and more intimate formal occasions.

Intimate & Private Spaces

The O’Shea Room

Located on the first floor, the O’Shea Room provides a discreet and intimate setting for private lunches, small dinners and board-style gatherings. Accommodating up to 14 guests, it is particularly well suited to occasions requiring privacy and focused conversation.

Lounge & Reception Spaces

The Dick Pearson Lounge

Situated on the ground floor overlooking the 18th green, the Dick Pearson Lounge serves as the Club’s principal lounge bar. With seating for up to 30 guests, it offers a relaxed and sociable setting ideal for drinks receptions, informal gatherings and everyday hospitality.

The Quad-Centenary Club Room

Overlooking both the 1st tee and the 18th green, the Quad-Centenary Club Room is one of the most distinctive spaces within Eltham Lodge. Intimate in scale yet rich in architectural detail - the room offers a setting of quiet grandeur. Home to our traditional cream teas, it is equally suited to refined daytime hospitality, private gatherings and smaller celebratory occasions.
