History of the Course
Designed by Tom Dunn in 1892, the course was added to by the great James Braid in the late 1920s. Braid was himself an incredibly successful golfer and a member of the so-called Great Triumvirate of British golfers. In 2014, the course was updated by Ken Moodie, who has been involved at the forefront of golf course design across Europe. This brought the course up to modern standards, providing the challenging natural parkland course that we have today.
