The ultimate risk and reward hole to make or break your scorecard. With the clubhouse and some post round refreshment looming large behind the green you are faced with the choice: lay up short with a mid iron to leave an uphill wedge shot where hitting the house seems as likely as hitting the green or go for it with the driver. A carry of around 235 yards is required to clear the hedge and can set up a simple birdie or possibly eagle if you are brave enough to take it on. The green is relatively large and one of the flattest on the course so once aboard there is a good chance of signing off with a one putt and a smile on your face.
